Refunds / Returns Policy

1. Perishable Items eg: turf

– No Refund/Return (due to short shelf-life)

2. All other items

– Refund/Return must be agreed with Bletchley Turf Co Ltd within 3 days of delivery.
– Customers who have a return agreement will have the following deducted from their refund total:

• Delivery charge (if collection is required)
• Restocking Fee (= 30% of amount paid for the item(s) being returned)
